"I am writing you to let you know how pleased my wife and I are with the work your crew (Joe and Brett) did installing the siding and windows at our home.

We are both retired and on a limited income. We have saved our working life to be able to make these much-needed updates to our home of nearly 30 years. Making this type of investment can be stressful. We have all heard stories of dishonest contractors and shoddy workmanship.

From start to finish, the job could not have gone better. The initial visit for the measurements and estimate went very well. At that point, we felt comfortable going with JB&D.

Your crew did an amazing job in every aspect. The home looks wonderful. Joe and Brett were not just laborers, they are craftsmen. They did not take shortcuts. At the end of each day took the time to clean the job site. All scraps of wood or plastic were disposed of and even sawdust was swept off the sidewalks. All the tools were placed neatly in the garage to be easily accessible for the start of the next day. By taking the time to do this, we were still able to use our home and have guests over.

Joe and Brett were always respectful, and friendly and we enjoyed their company and getting to know them over this time. You can see that Brett is absorbing a lot of the knowledge of quality workmanship that Joe demonstrates.
